The sun in me
The sun is me
Small deity
Hidden away
Clouds hold sway
Over and over
Figures so little
Over us hover
Like you and me
Humidity
Gnaws on our bones
Anxiety
Kills immortality
Vapours
Puff immorality
Come crashing down
As downpour
Will we endure?
Little sun
Am I right?
Blinding light
Is it worth to fight?
For another sunset
Another sunrise
Another overcast
Another day
Goes by so fast
At the speed of light
Blink once
And you might miss it.
